Appointments
How do I book an appointment with a doctor?
Open the Doctors tab, choose a specialist, pick an available time slot, and confirm. You will receive a reminder before the appointment.
Billing
How do I top up my wallet?
Go to the Wallet screen and tap Top Up. You can pay with FIB, ZainCash, or FastPay. Your balance updates automatically once the payment is confirmed.
Account
How do I add a family member?
Open your profile, tap Family Profiles, then Add Profile. You can manage their health records and switch between profiles at any time.
